Real
Truth Associates, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Elder William C.
Scales, Sr., an ordained minister of the Seventh-day Adventist
Church. Its' original
and ongoing purpose has been to develop, produce, and share
simple, effective evangelistic resources that will make a
difference around the world. Elder Scales, Sr. and his
wife, Myra, have been outstanding soul winning role models for
may years.
Elder W. C. Scales, Sr. is author of the Real Truth Bible Course
Series. Elder W.C. Scales, Jr. and his wife, Madeline P.
Scales, have produced additional resources, providing input and
assistance in reviewing and updating materials. Together,
this father-son team has trained and mentored a large number of
pastors, evangelists, and lay leaders in the proper and
successful use of these Real Truth resources.
A major soul winning impact has been made by a dynamic group
known as Real Truth Ministries, under the direction of
Evangelist Tim Lewis, who was recruited, trained, and sponsored
to Oakwood College by Elder & Mrs. W.C. Scales, Sr.
Utilizing Real Truth resources, Evangelist Lewis, along with his
leadership team, consisting of Evangelists Wayne McKnight,
William Pergerson II and W.C. Scales, Jr. have conducted
successful, major evangelistic meetings in the United States,
Canada, Africa, India and various other parts of the world.
The team effort included Bible Instructors, health
professionals, youth specialists, musicians, lay workers, etc.
The Lord has blessed Real Truth Ministries with over 16,000
baptisms and 28 new churches. To God be the glory!
The vision for the future is to continue developing and sharing
evangelistic resources to be used for the honor and glory of God, and the
advancement of His Kingdom. Only eternity will measure the full
impact which has been made through Real Truth Associates. |
