Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold by Real Truth Associates, Inc. (RTA)
with in 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be
returned in their original product packaging. We will also pay the
return shipping costs if the return item is a result of an error.
But BEFORE you return any items you must contact our main office at
205.991.8145 or via email at
service@realtruthassociates.com. You will receive a RMA# and
further mailing instructions. Items returned without contacting us
will NOT get to their intended destination.
RTA does NOT pay for shipping costs on items sent BEFORE contacting us.
You must NOT ship item(s) back to our P.O. Box
address located on our web site. If items are returned to our
P.O. Box address we will have to charge you shipping cost to forward them
to RTA's our shipping center.
If your items are damaged in any way, you may return them within 20 days
of delivery for a replacement. Refunds are contingent upon
inspection of items once we have received them. There is a 15% restocking
fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Again, you MUST contact us within 20 days if you intend to return ANY items
back to RTA.
Please Note
We do not refund shipping costs on returned items. You should
receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return
shipper. We'll notify you of your refund once we've received and
processed the returned item.
